Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1/4 cup ketchup
 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 1 egg
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1 teaspoon dried thyme
 - 1/4 cup ketchup (for topping)
 
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
 - In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
 - Add the ground beef, 1/4 cup ketchup, Parmesan cheese, egg, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme to the bowl.
 - Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
 - Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
 - Spread 1/4 cup ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
 - Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
 - Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
