Spicy Scallop Poke Bowl with pickled ginger

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh scallops, sliced
  • 2 tbsp spicy mayo
  • 1/4 cup seaweed, shredded
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 2 tbsp pickled ginger
  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice

Steps:

  1. Marinate scallops in spicy mayo.
  2. Place cooked rice in bowls.
  3. Top with marinated scallops, seaweed, cucumber, and pickled ginger.
  4. Serve and enjoy!
