Ingredients:
- 200g fresh scallops, sliced
- 2 tbsp spicy mayo
- 1/4 cup seaweed, shredded
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 2 tbsp pickled ginger
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
Steps:
