Air Fryer Falafel

Air Fryer Falafel

Ingredients:

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Steps:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, and salt. Pulse until finely ground.
  3. Mix in flour.
  4. Form mixture into small balls and brush with olive oil.
  5. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
