Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cilantro, cumin, coriander, and salt. Pulse until finely ground.
- Mix in flour.
- Form mixture into small balls and brush with olive oil.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.
