Shrimp Poke Bowl with sesame ginger sauce

Ingredients:

  • 200g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp sesame ginger sauce
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced
  • 2 scallions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice

Steps:

  1. Toss cooked shrimp with sesame ginger sauce.
  2. Place cooked rice in bowls.
  3. Top with shrimp, avocado, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and scallions.
  4. Enjoy!
