Ingredients:
- 200g cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp sesame ginger sauce
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 cups cooked rice
Steps:
- Toss cooked shrimp with sesame ginger sauce.
- Place cooked rice in bowls.
- Top with shrimp, avocado, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and scallions.
