Salmon & Mango Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh salmon, diced
  • 1 ripe mango, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic

Steps:

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, and minced garlic.
  2. Mix Salmon: Combine diced salmon with half of the prepared sauce, letting it marinate for about 10 minutes.
  3. Assemble the Bowl: Place cooked rice in bowls.
  4. Add Toppings: Top with the marinated salmon, mango, avocado, cucumber, and red onion.
  5. Drizzle Sauce: Drizzle the remaining sauce over the assembled ingredients.
  6. Garnish: Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
  7. Serve and Enjoy: Mix gently before eating to combine flavors.
