Classic Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 200g ahi tuna, cubed
  • 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup edamame
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Green onions, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
  2. Add the cubed tuna to the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. Assemble the bowl with rice, marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
  4. Garnish with green onions and extra sesame seeds.
