Ingredients:
- 200g ahi tuna, cubed
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup edamame
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Add the cubed tuna to the mixture and let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, marinated tuna, avocado, cucumber, and edamame.
- Garnish with green onions and extra sesame seeds.
