Air Fryer Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients:

  • 12 spring roll wrappers
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger powder

Steps:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
  3. Place a small amount of the vegetable mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
  4. Brush rolls with a little oil.
  5. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
