Ingredients:
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger powder
Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
- Place a small amount of the vegetable mixture onto each spring roll wrapper and roll tightly.
- Brush rolls with a little oil.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
