Air Fryer Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stuff each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
