Ingredients:
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom with the cream cheese mixture.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and filling is golden.
