Ingredients:
- 200g fresh salmon, diced
- 2 tbsp sriracha mayo
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 cup edamame (cooked)
- 1/4 cup seaweed salad
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
Steps:
- Toss diced salmon with sriracha mayo.
- Place cooked rice in bowls.
- Arrange salmon, avocado, cucumber, edamame, and seaweed salad on top of rice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
