Ingredients:
- 200g fresh tuna, diced
- 2 tbsp miso marinade
- 1/2 cup edamame (cooked)
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup pickled carrots
- 1/4 cup radishes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
Steps:
- Marinate tuna in miso marinade for at least 15 minutes.
- Place cooked rice in bowls.
- Top with marinated tuna, edamame, avocado, pickled carrots, and radishes.
