Ingredients:
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup sushi rice, cooked
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 red cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- Green onions, chopped
Instructions:
- Mix soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sriracha, and sesame seeds.
- Marinate the tofu in the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Assemble the bowl with rice, marinated tofu, avocado, red cabbage, and carrot.
- Garnish with green onions and extra sesame seeds.
